Supervision and Personal Therapy for Clinicians

I am a qualified clinical supervisor, trained by the British Psychological Society. I have several years of experience supervising Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Mental Health Staff and Psychiatrists. I am also available for individual personal therapy for clinicians in training.

I offer supervision in a range of different approaches. I promote flexibility regarding need and frequency of supervision or personal therapy. Please contact me to discuss your needs and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Your Therapy Journey

The first appointment is an assessment session in which I will aim to gain as much information as possible to establish the main issues are and what your therapeutic goals are likely to be. It is not crucial that you have all the answers or even know what you need, we can work that out together.

I run my clinic in the Winton area of Bournemouth at my home address. I have a therapy cabin at the end of my garden. It is a calm and relaxed space and the feedback from clients suggests it is a very comfortable space for therapy and does not feel at all clinical.

I am happy to accept direct referrals via my website, or by phone or email. I also accept referrals from GP’s and psychiatrists or other mental health practitioners. I accept self funding clients as well as anyone covered with a health insurance policy. I am registered with all the major Health Insurance companies. Feel free to contact me if you want to find out how to use your insurance to see me.
